Our systems are adapted to the high hygiene standards of the food and beverage industry. Depending on the requirements of the environment, the cleaning process or direct contact with food, the systems are supplied in V4A and clean design.
Assembly lines
All joining and assembly processes can be offered for assembly. From screwing, stapling and gluing to strapping products, we have the right assembly process for your application in our product range.
Screwing systems
The screwdriving spindles are installed directly on the robot or on stationary units. Setting parameters such as torque or screw-in depth can be adjusted and monitored according to customer requirements. Positioning is also possible via camera systems.
Coating lines
During coating, sand cores are immersed in a liquid to smooth the surface of the castings. irobotics supplies complete coating lines – from rotary grippers to all variations of coating basins and cleaning stations.
Drilling cells
Drilling units can be used to drill vent holes and screw holes in sand cores, for example. The drilling units are optionally available with direct drill dust extraction and drill breakage control. Drilling units can be supplied flexibly on the robot or stationary, with type-specific exchangeable drilling cassettes.
Automation of injection molding machines
Injection molding machines are fully automated by us. From pure removal to complex feeding and assembly tasks with a gantry robot, the entire production process of a component can be mapped and delivered.
Sheet metal handling
Press automation with robots – sheet metal processing is often characterized by large, complex, unwieldy and sometimes heavy parts that have to be moved during the manufacturing process: An ideal field of application for robots. Because they are able to position precisely such parts precisely, quickly and with cycle accuracy.
Milling / grinding / sawing
The cast parts are clamped in the gripper and moved along the contour directly on the external processing machine with the robot. The designs and processing options range from sawing, milling and grinding your products. Combined applications are usually supplied to suit your requirements.
Adhesive cell
The adhesive nozzles are attached to the robot and apply the adhesive beads in a freely programmable manner. Depending on the application, a hot melt adhesive system or cold glue with a downstream microwave can be integrated. Stationary gluing units, which apply several glue dots in parallel, can also be supplied.
Stapling
Tacker units are used to fasten filter mats and cardboard packaging or to connect sand core packages. The tacker needles are fed via a magazine. The number of tacker units is variable, optionally also with automatic stitch gauge adjustment. The tacker units are installed directly on the robot or on stationary units.
Lasering / Labeling
Numbers, texts, characters, etc. are applied to the products in the labeling systems according to customer specifications. The lettering is printed, engraved or lasered. We supply complete laser cabins with a leak test and expert opinion.
