Your duties
- Setting up, equipping and operating 3- and 5-axis milling machines
- Running in, monitoring and optimising CNC programmes
- Programming CAM programmes with SolidCAM
- Independent work planning and CNC programming (Heidenhain)
- Activities accompanying production
- Quality control
- Maintenance and care of the machines
Our requirements
- Vocational training as a precision mechanic or toolmaker, cutting machine operator or comparable training
- Several years of specialist professional experience, in particular very good knowledge in the use of CNC-controlled cutting machines
- Programming knowledge for cutting machines (Heidenhain TNC640)
- Good SolidWorks and SolidCAM knowledge
- Confident handling of MS-Office, experience with PDM/ERP systems an advantage
- Good knowledge of German is a prerequisite, English is an advantage
- Precision, speed and flexibility
