Our systems are adapted to the high hygiene standards of the food and beverage industry. Depending on the requirements of the environment, the cleaning process or direct contact with food, the systems are supplied in V4A and clean design.
Sorting system for cheese blocks
The entire process from the salt bath to the ready-to-ship pallet is fully automated. Wrapping in foil, vacuuming, weighing, labeling, packing and unpacking in wooden crates for the maturing process, quality control as well as sorting and final packaging for shipping.
Packaging systems
Packaging systems with direct food contact are supplied in a clean design to the highest hygiene standards. The system is designed according to customer requirements, e.g. in the case of a packaging system for blocks of cheese, you can choose between tubular film and bag film for automated vacuum packaging or, optionally, automated weighing and labeling.
Palletizing of beverage crates
Layer or individual crate palletizers can be supplied for the beverage industry. Whether milk, yoghurt or soft drinks, irobotics supplies the right design. Packing and unpacking systems for bottles or jars made of glass and plastic are also available
Laboratory robot
There are standardized and repeatable processes in the laboratory. The right workstation for the laboratory robot. As an HRC system, it can carry out its test procedures automatically during non-productive times without a separating protective device.
