Technical Sales Special Machine Construction / Automation (m/f/d)

Your duties

  • Elaboration of technical solutions for customer-specific automated production lines
  • Preparation of quotations and calculations
  • Coordination with the technical interfaces
  • Preparation of order negotiations and contract reviews
  • Supporting existing customers in technical and commercial matters
  • Acquisition of new customers
  • Presentation of the range of products and services and representation of the company
  • Presales and after-sales management

Our requirements

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering or business administration with a technical background or training with a technical connection
  • Several years of experience in technical sales
  • Very good and distinctive experience in special machine construction / design / automation with robots
  • Basic electrical and control knowledge
  • Confident appearance with negotiating skills and high customer and service orientation
  • Strong communication skills and team player
  • 3D-CAD or simulation applications are familiar to you
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, experience with ERP/CRM advantageous
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Willingness to travel (40%)

Robot programmer (m/f/d)

Your duties

  • Offline and/or online programming of the plant-specific robot applications
  • for our projects in the automotive, household appliance and consumer goods industries as well as intralogistics in Germany and abroad
  • Commissioning of the plant and optimization of the systems during the start-up phase.
  • Preparation of the required reports and documentation
  • Preparation of training materials as well as customer training in the operation of the plant

Our requirements

  • A concluded apprenticeship or course of study in the areas of mechatronics, electrical engineering or automation engineering
  • Sound professional experience in robot programming and or control technology.
  • Experience in programming industrial robots (KUKA, ABB, Fanuc)
  • PLS proficiency in S7, WinCC flexible would be beneficial
  • Experience in the commissioning of plants
  • Willingness to travel
  • A structured, diligent and independent approach to work
  • Ability to communicate well and to work in a team

CAD designer, SolidWorks (m/f/d)

Your duties

  • Developing, designing and specifying complete plants, components and assemblies according to customer specifications and defined criteria
  • Creation of production-ready individual parts and assembly drawings, parts lists and documentation and/or assembly instructions
  • Performing calculations and designs of machine components
  • Working closely with relevant departments, customers and suppliers

Our requirements

  • Successfully completed studies or a successfully completed apprenticeship as technician with a focus on engineering or similar field
  • Multi-year professional design experience in the field of mechanical & plant engineering and/or special machine construction
  • Skilled use of the CAD program SolidWorks
  • Independent, creative approach to work and an interest in providing new ideas
  • Project work experience preferred
  • Skilled use of MS Office as well as fluency in German are required, English proficiency would be beneficial

Technical Product Designer (m/f/d)

Your duties

  • Design and drawing derivation of machine components and plant layouts
  • Drawing detailing with function-related dimensioning and tolerance determination using current standards
  • Creation and maintenance of parts lists and article master data in the PDM/ERP system
  • Implementation of changes to individual parts, assemblies and drawings
  • Creation of pneumatic plans and technical documentation
  • Constructive implementation of concepts and preparation of quotation drawings
  • Communication with technical departments and suppliers

Our requirements

  • a concluded apprenticeship as a technical product designer, technical draftsman or a comparable qualification
  • very good SolidWorks knowledge
  • confident handling of PDM/ERP systems as well as MS-Office
  • AutoCAD and CAM experience is an advantage
  • good knowledge of German, English is an advantage

Warehouse Clerk / Warehouse Logistics Specialist (m/f/d)

Your duties

  • Recording the movement of goods in our inventory management system Sage 100
  • Monitoring the flow of goods in coordination with purchasing, production and project management
  • Receiving and checking incoming deliveries, reporting deviations and following up with suppliers if necessary
  • Processing complaints in the QM system
  • Picking, packing and dispatching goods
  • Storing goods with the help of transport equipment (e.g. crane, forklift, ant)
  • Checking and taking inventory of stock
  • Loading and unloading work

Our requirements

  • Completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist, warehouse specialist or a comparable qualification
  • Work experience in the field of warehousing/ logistics/ dispatch and experience in handling industrial trucks desirable
  • Valid driving licence for cars and industrial trucks
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and experience with ERP system
  • Awareness of order, quality and safety at work
  • Independent and conscientious way of working

CNC Miller - CAM Programmer (m/f/d)

Your duties

  • Setting up, equipping and operating 3- and 5-axis milling machines
  • Running in, monitoring and optimising CNC programmes
  • Programming CAM programmes with SolidCAM
  • Independent work planning and CNC programming (Heidenhain)
  • Activities accompanying production
  • Quality control
  • Maintenance and care of the machines

Our requirements

  • Vocational training as a precision mechanic or toolmaker (m/f/d), cutting machine operator (m/f/d) or comparable training
  • Several years of specialist professional experience, in particular very good knowledge in the use of CNC-controlled cutting machines
  • Programming knowledge for cutting machines (Heidenhain TNC640)
  • Good SolidWorks and SolidCAM knowledge
  • Confident handling of MS-Office, experience with PDM/ERP systems an advantage
