Industrial Mechanic / Fitter (m/f/d)

Your duties

  • Assembly of subassemblies, machines and plant components according to subassembly drawings and parts lists
  • Installation of pneumatic and hydraulic assemblies
  • Setting up and commissioning special machines and systems at the customer's site
  • Carrying out training courses at the customer's premises

Our requirements

  • Completed training as a mechatronics engineer, industrial mechanic or mechanical engineer
  • Several years of experience in the field of machine and plant construction
  • Experience in handling pneumatic and electro-pneumatic functions
  • Experience in welding various metals
  • Valid driving licence for passenger cars
  • Independent and conscientious way of working
  • Willingness to perform and work as well as communication and team skills
  • Very good written and spoken German, English advantageous
  • Travel activity up to 80%

Service Technician Special Machine Construction (m/f/d)

YOUR DUTIES

  • Assembly, commissioning, repair and maintenance of special machines
  • Fault analysis and repair of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems
  • Customer advice on technical optimisation
  • Preparation of service reports and documentation of the measures carried out
  • Carrying out customer training

OUR REQUIREMENTS

  • Technician or master craftsman in the field of mechanics or electrics
  • Professional experience in the field of assembly and service in special machine construction
  • Sound knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics
  • PLC or robot knowledge is an advantage
  • Experience in welding various metals
  • Valid driving licence for passenger cars
  • Independent and conscientious way of working with high quality awareness
  • Very good written and spoken German, English advantageous
  • Travel activity of up to 80%

PLC Programmer (m/f/d)

Your duties

  • Creating and adapting PLC and visualisation programmes within the scope of our projects.
  • Describing and creating interface applications for PLC networking using common bus systems and protocols such as Profibus, Ethernet/IP and TCP/IP
  • Programming and commissioning of production plants for various industrial sectors
  • Analysis and implementation of customer requirements
  • Diagnosis and elimination of faults by remote maintenance or on site
  • Training of our customers' employees

Our requirements

  • Completed studies or training as a technician in the field of mechatronics, electrical engineering or automation technology
  • Sound knowledge of programming in Siemens S7 and TIA Portal
  • Profound knowledge of visualisation software (preferably WinCC flexible)
  • Several years of experience in commissioning automation systems and drives
  • Knowledge of programming industrial robots and camera systems is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel
  • Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
  • A structured, conscientious and independent way of working with analytical thinking skills
  • Ability to communicate and work in a team

Robot Programmer (m/f/d)

Your duties

  • Off- or online programming of plant-specific robot applications
  • for our projects
  • Simulation of the systems for reachability, fault contour and cycle time
  • Commissioning of the plant and optimisation of the systems
  • Responsible for safety acceptance tests such as SafeOperation, SafeMove, etc.
  • Analysis and implementation of customer requirements such as cycle time optimisation, etc.
  • Diagnosis and elimination of faults via remote maintenance or on site
  • Preparation of the required reports and documentation
  • Preparation of training material and execution of customer training courses

Our requirements

  • Completed training or studies in the field of mechatronics, electrical engineering or automation technology
  • Sound professional experience in robot programming and control engineering
  • Experience in programming industrial robots (KUKA, ABB, Fanuc)
  • PLC knowledge in S7, TIA Portal and WinCC flexible advantageous
  • Experience in simulation and commissioning of plants and camera systems
  • Willingness to travel
  • A structured, conscientious and independent way of working
  • Ability to communicate and work in a team
