Assembly

Screwing units are used to screw together sand core packages. The screws are fed directly.  The inside micrometer of the screw positions can be flexibly adjusted via a servo drive if needed.  The number of screwing units can vary depending on the individual application.

The screw jacks are installed directly at the robot or at stationary units. In addition, depending on the attachment, nuts at threaded rods can also be tightened. Parameters, such as torque or the screwing depth, are set according to customer specifications. Positioning via camera systems is also possible.

Using drilling units, ventilation and screw connection bores can be drilled into sand cores. Different bore diameters and lengths are possible. The drilling units are available optionally with direct bore dust suctioning and drill breakage monitoring.

Drilling units can be installed flexibly at the robot or stationary, with type-specific replaceable drilling cartridges.

Stapling units are used for connecting sand core packages or for attaching filter mats. Staples can be fed via a magazine. The number of stapling units can vary depending on the individual application and are optionally also available with an automatically adjustable inside micrometer adjustment. The stapling units are installed directly at the robot or at stationary units.
