You will receive your automation plant from a single source: from the complete plant engineering and conveyor technology, plant control and programming to documentation including a CE conformity declaration.
The sizing gripper clamps sand cores or sand core packages and dips them into a sizing basin. Using freely programmable drip programs, the core package is then turned and/or turned by a robot using freely definable axis positions. The product portfolio of sizing grippers ranges from a handling weight for small parts up to core packages weighing up to 600 kg (e.g. complete engine blocks for trucks). Sizing grippers are offered for all product groups (e.g. braking disc sizing grippers with integrated rotary transmissions).
Sizing basins can be supplied in all variants according to customer specifications, e.g. with propeller circulation, pivoting finger assembly circulation, pure flow circulation or with submersible pumps. Delivery with collection trays in accordance with WHG. Optionally, a delivery with a sizing treatment with viscosity testing is also possible.

When the gripper jaws are submerged during the sizing process (i.e. touch the sizing liquid), they have to be cleaned periodically. Depending on the individual application, we can supply cleaning basins with an affixed brush, rotating brush systems or high-pressure systems.
The contour of the sand cores is deburred using stationary deburring stations. The robot does this by pushing the cores through templates. Alternatively, the deburring process can also be performed by an integrated stroke mechanism in the deburring station. The deburring templates can be replaced manually and can be changed during product changes.
The stationary deburring stations can also be combined with drilling units operated in parallel.
Using deburring tools, delicate contours can be closed down. Depending on the application, multiple deburring robots can be used simultaneously. The deburring program can be freely programmed and saved for different products.
