Handling

Our handling cells are tailored to your individual application. With grab bearings or tool kits that can be changed automatically, you can produce multiple products in a single robot cell – flexibly and without major set-up times. Gripper system combinations are also possible, just like optional machining and the direct assembly of the final products.

Transfer grippers and assembly grippers

For transferring or joining (core package assembly) of sand cores:  The transfer and assembly grippers are built according to customer specifications and adapted to individual applications. Pneumatic or electric clamping elements serve to grip the sand cores using traction or core contours.

Suction hood

Suction hood for transferring delicate and sensitive sand cores. Type-specific suction masks can be received and automatically changed.  The suction mask is adapted to the core contours and, thanks to the optimal fit of the sand cores, can be moved in a way that greatly preserves the contours.  The suction unit is either mobile, installed directly at the robot or stationary.

Hole grippers

Using hole gripper units, sand cores can be clamped and positioned above boreholes. The inside micrometer can be adapted along the x and y axes or, depending on the individual application, it can be adjusted via servo drives.  Optionally, the hole gripper units can be stored on compensating elements.

Sheet metal handling

Precision work using robots – we are opening up new production process dimensions. Sheet metal machining is often characterized by large, complex, unwieldy and sometimes heavy parts that have to be moved in the production process.  An ideal area of application for robots. Because they are able to position these types of parts with precision, quickly and with perfect timing.

Bucket handling

Quickly stacked – palletizing robots increase the efficiency of filling plants. The palletizing of paint or plaster buckets using robots further increases the degree of automation of state-of-the-art production lines. We have designed the palletizing robot including gripper tools, developed the complete controller and integrated them into the existing system.

Fire protection plates

Large fire protection plates with a weight of up to 150 kg will be sucked in using a special gripper and can then be loaded, unloaded or stacked.  Mold frames used for production can also be handled by the combination gripper.
