Using stationary drilling stations, ventilation and screw connection bores can be drilled into sand cores. Different bore diameters and lengths are possible. The drilling station is available optionally with direct bore dust suctioning and drill breakage monitoring.
Drilling units can be installed flexibly at the robot or stationary, with type-specific replaceable drilling cartridges.

Using deburring tools, delicate contours can be closed down. Depending on the application, multiple deburring robots can be used simultaneously. The deburring program can be freely programmed and saved for different products.
The contour of the sand cores is deburred using stationary deburring stations. The robot does this by pushing the cores through templates. Alternatively, the deburring process can also be performed by an integrated stroke mechanism in the deburring station. The deburring templates can be replaced manually and can be changed during product changes.
The stationary deburring stations can also be combined with drilling units operated in parallel.
In the labeling plant, numbers, texts, symbols, etc. can be put in the sand cores in accordance with customer specifications. The labeling can be handled by lasers or by using nailing/engraving. We supply complete laser cabins with tightness tests and expert reports.
In cleaning cells, tools (cope and drag boxes) are blasted with dry ice using robots. The plant consists of loading and unloading stations, robots, a dry ice unit and the noise-protection booth. The plants are adapted according to customer requirements.
