Sawmill sorting plant
In the sawmill, boards are sorted and palletized fully automatically by length and width using robots. The feeding, separation and palletizing of intermediate layers can also be carried out unmanned.
Automation wood industry
In the timber industry, we automate gluing, sawing and sanding systems. Wooden panels, boards or beams are loaded and unloaded using robots. The respective machines are networked and can be controlled and set up centrally when changing products.
Bucket handling
Quickly stacked – palletizing robots increase efficiency in the filling line. Palletizing paint or mortar buckets with robots further increases the degree of automation of state-of-the-art production lines. Various palletizing patterns can be flexibly implemented with a bar gripper.
Fire protection boards
Large-format fire protection boards weighing up to 150 kg are sucked in with a special gripper and can now be loaded, unloaded or stacked. Mould frames required for production can also be handled with the combination gripper.
